The EAU Congress will take place in London, the United Kingdom on 13-16 March, 2026. In 2026, we are happy to once more come to the United Kingdom to host Europe’s biggest urological event, the 41st Annual EAU Congress (EAU26). Every year we welcome thousands of healthcare professionals at our Annual Congresses, and we look forward to doing so again in London in 2026.

Q. How can I register for the 41st Annual EAU Congress?
A. You can register online for the congress. Registrations will open from 1 October 2025.
Q. Why do I need to sign up (create a MyEAU account)?
A. You need to sign up using your own private or business address details and your own email address in order to receive your registration confirmation and invoice. Once you have done this, you can start the online registration process. If you sign up using other details than yours, we are not able to process your registration.
Q. Are lunches, coffee breaks and/or dinners included in the registration fee?
A. No, the registration fee does not include lunches, coffee breaks or dinners.
Q. What are my options if my preferred hotel is unavailable?
A. Hotel rooms offered through discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While conducting your search, the online system reflects up-to-the-minute availability and booking options.
Q. Is there a waiting list for sold-out hotels?
A. No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.
Q. How can I register an accompanying person?
A.Due to changes in the pharmaceutical industry code of conduct, we are no longer able to provide access to our congresses for accompanying persons. The congresses are only accessible to certified healthcare professionals, associated press, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of urology.
Q. Does an exhibitor badge give me access to the industry sessions?
A. Yes. An exhibitor can go to all industry sessions during the Annual EAU Congress.
